Jim grew up in Chicago and established his company in 1999. Working directly with manufactures for over 20 years, he strives for excellence handling all warranty service calls both commercial and residential.

Growing up with his father, Alex went into the family business, gaining over 10 years experience learning the family trade.

•  Louis Pappas- Accountant/Customer Service
  

Growing up in McHenry County, Lou earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Columbia College. Lou manages the Accounting, Scheduling and Customer Service departments for the company.
